How We Run the Study
To ensure accuracy, we use a control group/test group methodology. In this approach, 25% of the leads were assigned using standard methods (control group), while 75% were assigned using predictive lead assignments (test group). This direct comparison allows us to quantify the real impact of predictive assignments.
