This quarter’s findings are our most impressive yet, with a 46% increase in conversion rates when using predictive lead assignments.

What We Studied

The study analyzed 390,000 lead records across several clients, standardizing the lead conversion rates for consistency. This approach allows us to compare performance across a broad customer base, providing a reliable aggregate number. While results varied among clients, the average improvement was substantial.

Our consistent methodology ensures that these insights are accurate and actionable for businesses across industries.

Key Findings: 46% Improvement in Conversion

The standout result this quarter is a 46% improvement in conversion rates when switching from standard lead assignment to predictive lead assignment. This marks the highest performance improvement since we began these studies. For context, the previous quarter showed a 15% improvement, and the one before that reflected a 12% increase.

How We Run the Study

To ensure accuracy, we use a control group/test group methodology. In this approach, 25% of the leads were assigned using standard methods (control group), while 75% were assigned using predictive lead assignments (test group). This direct comparison allows us to quantify the real impact of predictive assignments.
