ProPair Expands Customer Focus with Jennifer Duld as Director of Customer Success

The ProPair leadership team is excited to welcome Jennifer Duld as Director of Customer Success to support our rapidly expanding client partnerships and team. 

Jennifer joins the ProPair team after spending more than 16 years in the financial services industry focused on client service and implementation, lead solutions and marketing strategy. She has extensive experience engaging with mortgage and financial services clients to ensure lead technology programs are implemented properly — while managing strategic projects to support client’s ongoing technology initiatives.

Jennifer has a great reputation and strong relationships across the industry which is a testament not only to her technical skills, but also to her personal, communication and relationship-building strengths. 

“Jenny’s ability to connect with and support clients as they navigate the onboarding of new technologies is the perfect addition to the ProPair team,” said Ethan Ewing, ProPair CEO. “Her vast experience working across the mortgage and financial services ecosystem — combined with her ability to work closely with our trusted partners — will benefit both our clients and team.”

In her role as Director of Customer Success, Jenny will work closely with current ProPair customers to maximize their success across our products and to grow and evolve their usage of the ProPair suite of lead decisions tools.

Jennifer joins the ProPair team from TruHome Solutions, which provides private-label mortgage  and technology services to credit unions. Prior to TruHome, she served as the VP of client services and implementation for Volly (formerly SoftVu), where she implemented marketing automation into client lead management systems. During her time at Volly, she delivered on a multitude of key strategic client and organizational strategies and technology platform implementations.

Jennifer joins the ProPair team at a critical point in our company’s evolution. Since 2016, ProPair has been helping consumer direct mortgage lenders execute predictive decisions around managing, prioritizing and assigning leads. What started as a single feature to improve the lead/loan officer matching has evolved into a robust, comprehensive product platform. Our product suite now includes MATCH, RANK, LAUNCH, and ACCESS to help mortgage teams make better, objective decisions across the entire lead conversion lifecycle.

We’re excited about the future and Jenny’s contribution to our next phase of growth and customer success. Please join us in welcoming Jenny to our team.
